We believe in high standards, hard work, and helping others embody health. If that resonates, you'll feel at home here. The Role This is not a slow, low-volume, "lifestyle" practice. You will be adjusting 100-150 patients a day alongside training the other doctors at the clinic. Who this is for You are a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic who can actually handle volume without burning out or cutting corners and have 8 or more years of experience You have a natural ability to communicate with patients and sell care plans You want to work in a clinic that already has a machine bringing patients in (no grinding for new patients yourself) You are extremely hard working and take pride in clinical speed + quality You want to be part of a mission-driven team building a Generational Health Legacy, not just another office job You have strong adjusting skills and can follow proven protocols without needing to reinvent everything every day What we expect Deliver 100-150 high-quality, specific neurological adjustments per day Perform D1 exams, Doctor's Reports, and ongoing care with excellence and speed Perform D2 Review of Findings Follow clinic SOPs and protocols without exception Maintain extreme ownership over your clinical results and patient experience Show up with energy, consistency, and zero excuses Be a team player in a high-performance environment 7Sight Core Values 1: Mission Minded The Bible says "All hard word lends a profit" We work hard to fulfill the mission that God has us on.
