This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants a hands-on position where every day is a little different. Our ideal candidate is personable, positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with patients. Experience in chiropractic, healthcare, fitness, rehabilitation, or marketing is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person! What You'll Be Doing This is not a desk job. You will spend much of your day working directly with patients and may be assisting multiple patients at the same time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out doctor-directed therapy and rehabilitation plans Applying therapy modalities such as electrical stimulation, traction, and other therapies Preparing patients and treatment areas for care Documenting treatments and therapies provided Teaching patients home-care exercises and protocols Educating and encouraging patients throughout their treatment programs Maintaining clean, organized, and properly prepared therapy areas Providing exceptional patient service and helping create a positive office experience Assisting the team with light marketing and community outreach activities Supporting other clinical and office duties as needed Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is exceptionally friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people Has a positive attitude and brings good energy to the workplace Is dependable, punctual, and organized Can multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Is comfortable working hands-on with patients Pays close attention to details and follows instructions carefully Works well independently and as part of a team Is comfortable participating in marketing and community outreach Has an interest in health, wellness, chiropractic, fitness, or rehabilitation Previous chiropractic, healthcare, fitness, rehabilitation, or marketing experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided on the job. Schedule Applicants must be available to work the following schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9:00 AM-12:15 PM 1:30 PM-6:15 PM Tuesday 9:00 AM-12:15 PM 1:30 PM-5:15 PM Friday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM Benefits Health insurance 401K with employer match Paid time off Employee discount Paid training On-the-job training Opportunities to learn and grow within a healthcare environment About the Position This position is ideal for someone who doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day. You must be able to stand for much of the day and be able to life over 30 pounds. Our office is busy, active, and patient-focused. You will interact with many people of all ages including young children throughout your day and play an important role in helping patients successfully complete their treatment programs. We can teach the clinical procedures and office systems. What we can't teach is a great attitude, strong work ethic, dependability, and a genuine desire to help people.
