Associate Chiropractor - Ownership Track Greenwood, Indiana Not Just Another Associate Position. At Midwest Sport & Spine Center , we're looking for a motivated chiropractor who wants more than just a paycheck. We're looking for someone who wants to become a leader and ultimately have the opportunity to become an owner. This is a true Associate-to-Partner/Ownership Track for the right doctor. What Makes This Different? You'll join an established, growing multidisciplinary practice with: Chiropractic Sports Rehabilitation Dry Needling Decompression Therapy Athletic Performance You'll work alongside an experienced sports chiropractor with more than 20 years in practice who is committed to mentoring the next generation of practice owners. The Ownership Track Our goal is simple: Develop an outstanding chiropractor into a future practice owner. You'll gain experience in: Clinical decision making Patient communication Practice management Leadership Marketing Team development Business operations Financial performance As you grow, you'll have a clearly defined path toward partnership and ownership. What You'll Do Perform chiropractic examinations and re-examinations Develop individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments Collaborate with physical therapists, massage therapists, and athletic trainers Educate patients on recovery, performance, and wellness Maintain accurate documentation Build long-term patient relationships
