This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast paced environment and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Our office is very patient-focused, so we are looking for someone who is warm and welcoming but also reliable, hardworking, and able to take initiative without needing constant direction. Responsibilites Greet patients and provide a friendly, welcoming experience Maintain accurate and organized patient records Assist the chiropractor with therapies and patient care as trained Help move patients efficiently through the office Communicate with the chiropractor, office manager, and other team members Recognize what needs to be done and take initiative during slower periods What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with patients Strong work ethic and positive attitudes Able to multitask without becoming easily overwhelmed Organized and detail-oriented Able to follow directions and accept feedback Basic computer skills Works well independently and as part of a team Previous chiropractic, medical office, or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Please apply if you are looking for a position where you can become an important part of a small, close-knit healthcare team and are willing to learn and grow with our office!
