About The Violette House The Violette House is a thriving acupuncture and holistic wellness clinic in Groton, MA, specializing in women's health—including fertility, prenatal and postpartum care, hormonal balance, menopause, and pain relief. We serve patients from across North Central MA and Southern NH who are looking for thoughtful, personalized care in a welcoming, community-focused environment. About the Role We are seeking a chiropractor who is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care in a warm and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical skills, enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, and is interested in working collaboratively with other wellness practitioners. An interest or experience in women's health, pregnancy, postpartum care, pelvic health, or family wellness is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive chiropractic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered chiropractic care. Perform chiropractic adjustments and other appropriate manual therapy techniques. Educate patients on movement, posture, ergonomics, lifestyle, and self-care strategies. Support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals through individualized care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and complete all required EHR documentation. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with other practitioners at The Violette House to provide coordinated, holistic care. Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and team members. Stay current with research, best practices, and developments in chiropractic and integrative healthcare. Qualifications Valid license to practice chiropractic in Massachusetts. Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited program. Strong clinical and hands-on skills with a patient-centered approach. Warm, professional, and compassionate bedside manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to timely EHR documentation. Comfortable working collaboratively with other healthcare and wellness practitioners. Interest or experience in women's health, pregnancy, postpartum care, or family wellness is a plus. CPR certification preferred.
