Job Description
Associate Chiropractor - Family-Owned Practice (Massachusetts) We are a small, family-run chiropractic and holistic healthcare office seeking a motivated and patient-centered Associate Chiropractic Physician to join our growing team. Our practice is built on collaboration, clinical excellence, and a shared commitment to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care. This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor who wants to grow their own patient base within a supportive environment and potentially take on a larger, long-term role within the practice. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Patient Outcomes Deliver high-quality chiropractic care grounded in an evidence-based practice paradigm Utilize a patient-centered approach aligned with our office philosophy Certification or training in Flexion-Distraction (F&D) is strongly preferred Maintain strong clinical judgment and adapt care plans to individual patient needs Patient Experience Build strong relationships through a friendly, inquisitive, and compassionate bedside manner Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients Ensure patients feel heard, understood, and confident in their care Team Collaboration & Culture Work closely with other providers in a collaborative, team-oriented setting Co-treat patients when appropriate and refer internally to optimize outcomes Cover fellow providers' patients as needed while maintaining consistency in treatment approach Adapt to office systems, workflows, and evolving needs Practice Growth & Ownership Mindset Actively build and manage your own patient base Take ownership of patient outcomes and retention Contribute to the overall growth and success of the practice Demonstrate interest in long-term growth, with potential for future operational leadership or ownership Operations & Professionalism Maintain an excellent attitude and strong work ethic Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow professionally Work scheduled office hours and adhere to established policies and procedures Contribute to a smooth, efficient daily workflow Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree Active Massachusetts license (additional state licensure is a plus) Strong alignment with evidence-based, patient-centered care Flexion-Distraction (F&D) training or certification preferred Compensation & Benefits Compensation structured as a 50/50 split (fee-for-service) until a mutually agreed-upon weekly average visit threshold is reached (e.g., 30 visits/week) W-2 employee status (practice covers employer-side taxes including Social Security) Malpractice insurance and license renewal fees covered Stipend for continuing medical education/certifications IRA with employer match Access to office EMR, equipment, staff, and resources Ideal Candidate Friendly, adaptable, and team-oriented Eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment Motivated to build a patient base and take ownership of their practice Aligned with a collaborative, patient-first philosophy Interested in a long-term role with potential for expanded responsibility or ownership If interested, please share your resume and a short cover letter to the email address below.
