$105,000 + Benefits Job Description & Requirements A well-established chiropractic and wellness practice in Waldorf, MD, is seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This position offers a $105,000 salary and a Monday-Thursday schedule of approximately 31-40 hours per week. The associate will play an important role in managing the practice's adjusting volume, seeing approximately 100-120 patients per week , with an average of 5-10 minutes spent with each patient.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting patient consultations and examinations Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations Developing financial plans and closing care plans Performing chiropractic adjustments and re-examinations Recommending appropriate ongoing care Providing nutritional and supplement guidance Working within a collaborative, shared-patient model Supporting therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise care alongside the clinical team The practice primarily utilizes Diversified, Drop, and Webster Technique and is willing to train the right associate in EMsculpt Neo and Emsella pelvic floor chair processes . The practice would also value a doctor who is certified or willing to become certified in dry needling. Maryland licensure is required, but out-of-state chiropractors are welcome to apply.
