Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and biomechanical evaluations to identify musculoskeletal issues. Develop personalized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified, activator, and Thompson techniques. Manage acute pain conditions and provide effective pain management strategies tailored to individual patient needs. Perform physical assessments and utilize medical imaging results to inform accurate diagnoses within healthcare diagnosis standards. Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health. Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately using EMR/EHR systems. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and medical terminology standards. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the musculoskeletal system essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Proficiency in chiropractic techniques. Experience in patient observation, primary care practices, occupational health, and musculoskeletal diagnostics. Ability to develop effective care plans focusing on patient rehabilitation and pain management experiences. Excellent client communication skills to explain diagnoses clearly and foster trust with diverse patient populations. Familiarity with medical imaging interpretation and the use of EMR/EHR systems for documentation. Knowledge of evidence-based practice principles to ensure high-quality patient care aligned with current clinical standards.
