Job Description

Associate Chiropractor (NUCCA) Balanced Health Chiropractic Center — Grand Rapids, MI Full-Time | 40 hours/week | $60,000-$75,000 base + bonus | Start date within 2 months About the Practice Balanced Health Chiropractic Center is a busy, referral-based NUCCA practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Stanley Dombroski has been in practice for 22 years, with a singular focus on removing the Atlas Subluxation Complex and making NUCCA care accessible throughout West Michigan. Our team includes four chiropractic assistants and three associate doctors. The office is loud and, at a glance, looks chaotic — but the apparent chaos is a well-scripted dance of people having fun while a lot of other people get healthy. We don't take ourselves too seriously, and we consider ourselves permanently in a state of learning this technique better. Position Summary We are hiring a full-time associate chiropractor to care for patients in an established, high-volume practice. The patient base and referral flow already exist — you will not be building a practice from scratch or generating your own new patients. You will train side by side with Dr. Dombroski until you are checked off on every module of our internal training manual, then transition to weekly meetings and ongoing training. Responsibilities Deliver NUCCA care to an established patient base during scheduled clinic hours Perform new patient examinations, NUCCA x-ray analysis, and post-adjustment assessment Deliver Reports of Findings and educate patients on care plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Complete all modules of the practice training manual under direct supervision Participate in weekly doctor meetings and ongoing technique training Work collaboratively with CAs and fellow associates to keep the schedule moving

Philosophy, effort, and attitude matter more to us than technique hours.
