Job description: We're looking for a temporary team member who can start August 10th-August 28th . We need someone who can also fill in on a PRN basis after this temp position. Hours:

Full time: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6:55 am-6pm with an hour lunch at some point between 11am and 12pm. Tuesday/Thursday 6:50-noon

Pay :

starting at $17-20/hour based on skill set Duties/Expectations Greet patients/Set up on EMS/clean tables Comfortable holding conversations with patients about health Call-email-text patients on the call list (missed appointments, check ins) Send Bday emails and Thank you cards check emails and email people back Make new patient file and ROF packets Clean office/take out trash Call missed/canceled appointments weekly once you get the report Scan overflow documents Do other miscellaneous tasks that the doctors or office manages asks you to do Who You Are Friendly and reliable with strong attention to detail Quick learner who can jump in right away and be proactive Communicative and comfortable engaging with patients Team player who brings good energy and flexibility This is a temporary position — perfect for someone between jobs or looking for meaningful short-term work in a holistic, uplifting environment.
