Job Description

Movement + Performance Chiropractor Inspire Chiropractic | Ozark, Missouri Do you love chiropractic adjusting, but feel like there should be more to a visit than simply adjusting someone and sending them out the door? We're looking for a Movement + Performance Chiropractor who loves the hands-on, problem-solving side of chiropractic care. Someone who wants to know why something keeps happening. Someone who looks at how a patient moves, what tissues may be contributing, what they do at work or in the gym, and what we can do to help them move better and stay active. Basically, we're looking for someone who loves connecting the dots.
PLEASE NOTE
To be considered for this position, you must complete our application using the link at the bottom of this posting. Applications submitted through Indeed alone will not be reviewed. About Inspire Chiropractic Inspire Chiropractic is a growing, relationship-focused chiropractic office in Ozark, Missouri. One of the things that makes our office different is that we don't want a team of chiropractors who all practice exactly the same way. We want each of our doctors to have a thing . An area of practice they genuinely enjoy, continue developing their skills in, and eventually become known for within our office and community. As our team grows, our doctors are developing distinct areas of focus including pediatric care, prenatal care, and movement/performance care. That's where you come in. This position will become our primary movement, sports and active-care focused chiropractic role. You'll still see a variety of chiropractic patients, but we want you to become the doctor in our office who gets excited about movement, muscles, biomechanics, soft tissue, and helping people continue doing the things they love. What You'll Do Chiropractic adjusting is the foundation of this position. But we also want someone who understands that sometimes an adjustment isn't the entire answer. Depending on the patient, their goals, and your training, care may also incorporate: Soft tissue and manual therapy Muscle testing Cupping IASTM / scraping Kinesiology taping Movement and mobility assessment Corrective and rehabilitative exercises Mobility recommendations Home-care recommendations Patient education We don't expect every technique to be used on every patient. We want thoughtful, individualized care based on what that person actually needs. Who You'll Work With Your patients may include: Active adults CrossFit and functional fitness athletes Runners and lifters Recreational athletes Weekend warriors Parents who want to stay active Patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries People dealing with recurring aches, pains, or movement limitations General chiropractic patients who would benefit from a more movement-focused approach You do not need to exclusively treat athletes or already be an elite sports chiropractor. We're looking for someone who simply loves helping people move better, feel better, and stay active. Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Love chiropractic adjusting Enjoy hands-on patient care Are fascinated by movement, muscles, and biomechanics Enjoy soft tissue work and manual therapy Naturally want to figure out why something keeps happening Look beyond simply where the patient hurts Enjoy educating patients Are comfortable recommending exercises, mobility work, and home care Communicate well and build strong patient relationships Are curious and motivated to continue learning Are coachable and collaborative Want to develop an area of expertise and become known for it Genuinely care about doing more for patients than getting them adjusted and out the door Experience with movement assessment, sports chiropractic, soft tissue techniques, rehab, and active populations is absolutely a plus, but finding the right person matters more to us than checking every box. If you're a great chiropractor who is curious, coachable, and genuinely excited about this style of practice, we want to help you continue developing those skills. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Current Missouri chiropractic license or ability to obtain Missouri licensure Strong chiropractic adjusting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interest in movement, soft tissue, rehabilitation, and active populations Additional education or experience in sports chiropractic, functional movement, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, IASTM, cupping, kinesiology taping, muscle testing, or similar techniques is a plus, but not required. Why Inspire? We want to help you develop the area of practice you love, continue growing clinically, build relationships within our community, and become the doctor people think of when they need help moving better and staying active. You'll also be joining a collaborative team where our doctors have different strengths and can refer within the office when another provider is better suited to a patient's needs. If you love adjusting but know there can be more to a visit than "adjust and see you next week," we'd love to meet you. How to Apply To be considered for this position, you MUST complete our application using the link below. We only review candidates who submit an application through our application link. Submitting an application or resume through Indeed alone will not be considered a completed application.
