This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in biomechanics, manual therapy, and evidence-based practices to improve patients' quality of life through personalized treatment plans. You will be at the forefront of diagnosing, managing, and rehabilitating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring each patient receives attentive, effective care in a supportive environment. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations, biomechanical analysis, and musculoskeletal diagnostics to identify underlying issues. Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified technique, trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and pain medicine strategies. Perform physical assessments and utilize medical imaging results to inform accurate healthcare diagnoses and treatment approaches. Manage acute pain cases and facilitate patient rehabilitation through evidence-based chiropractic interventions and pain management techniques. Monitor patient progress through ongoing observation, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. Maintain detailed records using EMR/EHR systems, documenting all physical assessments, treatment procedures, and patient communications clearly and accurately. Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, injury prevention, and self-care strategies to promote long-term health benefits. Experience Proven experience in primary care or occupational health settings with a focus on musculoskeletal system disorders. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and biomechanics essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. Hands-on expertise in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and physical examinations. Experience with healthcare diagnosis processes including the use of medical imaging tools for diagnostics. Familiarity with pain management practices including pain medicine and patient rehabilitation programs. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient record management. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly and empathetically.
