This Role Is For You If:

You love hands-on, specific, intentional adjustments You're comfortable recommending and starting patients on corrective care treatment plans (2-6 month plans) and then transitioning them to wellness care. You communicate clearly and confidently You want to sharpen your craft inside a strong team You want opportunity for growth and expansion and not just a job You want your weekends back You're even more aligned if: You understand the balance of explaining the vitalistic benefits of chiropractic care AND also meeting patients where they are and educating along the way You understand that patients come to us with a 'complaint' and it's your role to educate them to a wellness model of care while getting them back to their highest functioning self Our care model includes: Digital X-ray analysis Structured Day One / Day Two process Individualized chiropractic forward treatment plans including: Therapeutic massage | Acupuncture | dry needling | infrared sauna | Functional medicine programs when appropriate Our process for associates doctors is simple: We train you on our systems. We get patients on your table. You work with a team of amazing CAs and LMTs. You perform consulations/examinations/get patients started on care, adjust perform re-exams and that's it!
