$80,000 - $120,000 + Bonus! Job Description & Requirements We are a well-established chiropractic practice in Shelby, NC, looking to welcome an Associate Chiropractor into our team! Our practice offers a supportive and dynamic work environment where you'll play an integral role in helping patients achieve long-term health and wellness. We provide competitive compensation, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, with bonus potential to reward your hard work and dedication. As an Associate Chiropractor, you'll be responsible for performing patient consultations and examinations, reviewing reports of findings, making care recommendations, and providing chiropractic adjustments. You'll also help guide patients through ongoing care, rehab sessions, exercise instructions, and give advice on nutrition, supplementation, and functional medicine to ensure holistic, comprehensive care. Re-exams will be a regular part of your schedule as you help patients stay on track with their wellness goals. Your role will also involve active participation in our marketing efforts, contributing to the growth of the practice. You'll lead patient education initiatives, host workshops, encourage internal referrals, and engage in spinal screenings. Additionally, you'll represent the practice at external events, such as corporate talks and networking functions, expanding our reach and sharing the benefits of chiropractic care.
