Duties Onboarding patients from paperwork to care plans Coordinating the schedule Training patients on their specific therepies Recieve training and certification for Stemwave and give treatments Greeting patients with a smile Answering phones & responding to emails and text messages Ensure amazing patient care! All specials appointments & reminders completed Prepare proper paperwork for doctor and patients Assist in resourcing our patients with their needs Experience Computer Skills - Knowledge of digital scheduling software is a plus Prior experience in a clinical setting such as functional medicine, dental, or outpatient clinics is highly preferred Join us in providing outstanding chiropractic care while advancing your skills within a supportive holistic healthcare environment.
