In this role, you will work alongside orthopedic specialists and healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient observations, physical assessments, and examinations to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Manage acute pain conditions effectively through appropriate pain medicine approaches and physical rehabilitation strategies. Perform biomechanical analyses and utilize medical imaging or diagnostics when necessary to inform treatment decisions. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care to foster active participation in their health journey. Maintain detailed documentation of patient treatments and progress using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with complex or chronic conditions. Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy, anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal diagnostics to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the musculoskeletal system. Proficiency in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and physical assessments. Experience in managing pain through evidence-based practices including pain medicine and physical rehabilitation. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans tailored to individual needs. Familiarity with medical terminology, diagnostic procedures, and medical imaging relevant to musculoskeletal health. Excellent client communication skills to explain diagnoses, treatments, and preventive strategies clearly. Competence in using EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient record management. Knowledge of occupational health principles and primary care practices related to musculoskeletal health.
