Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations, including patient history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing when necessary. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitative exercises. Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within and outside the practice to ensure coordinated care. Participate in community outreach, workshops, and educational events as a representative of New Jersey Sports Chiropractic. Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in chiropractic and sports medicine. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution. Active New Jersey Chiropractic License in good standing. Strong clinical skills in manual adjusting techniques and rehabilitation. Knowledge of sports injuries, biomechanics, and functional movement preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Skills & Attributes Experience in sports chiropractic or working with athletes. Certification in ART, FAKTR, Graston, or other soft tissue modalities. Familiarity with exercise prescription and functional rehabilitation.
