25% of Collections | 4-Day Workweek | No Cap on Earning Potential Spinous Chiropractic Center is looking for a motivated, energetic Associate Chiropractor to join our growing practice in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This position is designed for a chiropractor who wants to provide excellent patient care while building a strong patient base and increasing their income through a straightforward production-based compensation model. We are looking for someone who is professional, energetic, personable, coachable, and committed to delivering an excellent patient experience. What You'll Be Doing Perform chiropractic examinations and clinical evaluations Develop appropriate chiropractic care plans Provide chiropractic adjustments and other services within your scope of practice Monitor patient progress and outcomes Educate patients regarding their treatment plans and health goals Communicate recommendations clearly and professionally Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Deliver an excellent patient experience Work closely with the front-desk and clinical team Build strong patient relationships and encourage appropriate continuity of care Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Who We're Looking For We are looking for a chiropractor who: Holds an active New Mexico Chiropractic License or is eligible for licensure Has a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program Is confident communicating with patients Has strong interpersonal and communication skills Is energetic and positive Is dependable and professional Is comfortable working in a high-volume clinical environment Is motivated by measurable performance and professional growth Is coachable and willing to follow established clinical and operational systems Takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience Wants a long-term opportunity rather than simply another job Experience New graduates are welcome to apply. Experienced chiropractors are also encouraged to apply.
