08/24/2026 Las Cruces, New Mexico • Open to New Grads & Experienced Chiropractors Hi, I'm Dr. Glenn Waldt. I'm looking for a caring, compassionate, energetic chiropractor to join our medically integrated clinic here in Las Cruces. Your Growth Here This role is built to make you a stronger, more versatile doctor not just a busier one. You'll train in ESWT, dry needling, wet needling, and non-surgical spinal decompression alongside your adjusting work, becoming genuinely multi-modal rather than adjustment-only. If you're interested in New Mexico's Advanced Practice Chiropractor Certification, I'll personally mentor you through it, drawing on my years teaching clinical medicine and anatomy at the medical school level. As you grow into the role, there's room to take on real leadership supervising care delivered by our MAs and for the right long-term fit, a genuine path to partnership or equity in the practice. This isn't a job you do the same way in year three as you did in month one. Compensation $80,000 base salary + a performance bonus based on the number of patients you see, paid monthly and uncapped, beginning after your first 90 days. Because our patients come to us through referrals rather than paid marketing, our associates see strong patient volume from day one our past associates typically earned $50,000 $85,000 in bonus annually on top of base, depending on patient volume and experience.
Total compensation range:
$80,000 $220,000 per year depending on production. Schedule Full-time, W-2 position about 35 hours most weeks. We're open five days a week and closed to patients Tuesday mornings and Friday afternoons so our team can stay caught up on paperwork. About Me & the Practice I've been in private practice since 2002, starting in suburban Philadelphia, where I practiced chiropractic for 13 years before attending medical school. After graduating from medical school, I relocated to Las Cruces for additional medical residency training. My family and I loved the area so much that we decided to stay and build a private practice here. I'm a licensed Osteopathic Medical Physician with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I'm a graduate of Life University College of Chiropractic and taught cadaver dissection at Palmer College of Chiropractic in the late 1990s. I earned my DO from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and served as a full-time professor of clinical medicine at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, teaching anatomy, physical exam skills, and spinal manipulation to medical students. My clinical specialty is neuromusculoskeletal medicine. Our office provides osteopathic medical care, chiropractic care, and ultrasound-guided steroid and stem cell injections. Most of our patients come through referrals from family doctors, interventional pain physicians, and word of mouth you won't need to spend your time on marketing or outreach. Your focus will be patient care. Services & Techniques In addition to chiropractic adjusting, our office offers therapeutic ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), dry needling, wet needling, and non-surgical spinal decompression giving you a full toolkit to treat a wide range of conditions. What You'll Do You'll be a treating doctor, free to use whatever chiropractic technique you prefer. I primarily use CBP, Gonstead, Diversified, drop-table, and extremity adjusting, and I'm glad to mentor you in these or simply support the techniques you already use. Patient Volume Referral volume already exceeds what our current team can see. You can expect to see patients per day to start, up to 55 during peak periods you won't be starting from an empty schedule. Support Staff You won't be carrying that volume alone. Our medical assistants are well trained and experienced, and they support our doctor with new patient consults and exams, x-ray setups, and palliative therapies so your time and attention stay focused on diagnosis and treatment. Advanced Practice & Medical Mentorship New Mexico's Advanced Practice Chiropractor Certification allows DCs to prescribe and manage non-opioid pain medications and perform peripheral joint and other injections within their scope of practice. This is entirely optional, but if you're interested, I'll personally teach and support you through it. A Path to Partnership I'm not looking to fill a revolving-door position I'm looking for someone to build a career with. For the right long-term fit, I'm genuinely open to discussing a path to partnership or equity in the practice down the road. If you're the kind of doctor who wants more than a paycheck who wants ownership in something you've helped grow this is a place where that conversation can happen. As you grow into the role, there's also an opportunity to take on a supervisory role overseeing care delivered by our MAs a good fit if you're interested in developing leadership experience within the practice. Benefits Paid time off is offered. About Las Cruces Las Cruces offers nearly 300 sunny days a year and a mild, dry climate winters are short and mild, and you'll trade harsh seasons for year-round outdoor living. The cost of living here runs well below the national average, so your paycheck goes further than it would in a bigger city. Outdoors, there's the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument right at the edge of town for hiking and climbing, the Rio Grande for water sports and fishing, and easy access to White Sands National Park less than an hour away. El Paso, TX with its own airport, dining, and shopping is about 45 minutes south, so you're never far from a bigger city when you want one. Santa Fe, with its art, history, and food scene, makes for a great weekend road trip a few hours north. Las Cruces is also known for its friendly, easygoing pace of life and strong sense of community, and it's home to New Mexico State University and Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine.
