Dilanchian Chiropractic is an established multi-location medical group founded by Dr. Henrik Dilanchian, DC (IDE, QME, MUA — practicing since 1996) . Our established clinics have extensive experience providing personal injury (PI), motor vehicle accident (MVA), and workers' compensation care, delivered with the highest clinical and medical-legal standards in the industry. Our new Las Vegas, Nevada location brings the same clinical expertise, operational support, and patient-centered approach to the Las Vegas community. The new clinic will be supported by an experienced leadership and administrative team with a proven track record of building and operating successful healthcare locations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of our Las Vegas, Nevada clinical team , you will provide hands-on chiropractic care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal conditions in a high-acuity, high-volume outpatient setting. You will work alongside experienced support staff, integrated medical providers, and a leadership team with extensive experience building and scaling successful healthcare clinics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and orthopedic/neurological testing Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Perform spinal adjustments, manual therapy, and other chiropractic techniques to alleviate pain and restore function Discuss treatment plans, goals, and expectations clearly with patients Document clinical findings, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and on time Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, rehab aides, and integrated medical providers to deliver comprehensive care Communicate professionally with referring providers, attorneys, and case managers as needed Maintain compliance with all applicable Nevada state regulations, HIPAA, and ethical standards Stay current with the latest chiropractic techniques and industry advancements through continuing education

QUALIFICATIONS

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Active chiropractic license in Nevada (or eligible for licensure within 60 days) Strong clinical reasoning, manual adjustment, and diagnostic fundamentals Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to the highest standard of patient care and ethical practice Bilingual in Spanish, Armenian, or Farsi is a major plus (not required) PI/MVA experience preferred — new graduates are welcome and will be mentored by senior clinicians
