About Us Rooted Movement Chiropractic is a sports and rehab-focused clinic in Ithaca, NY built around 60-minute, one-on-one visits. We work with active adults and athletes who want real answers and long-term results, not quick fixes. We are not a high-volume clinic. We are a place to practice the way you always thought chiropractic should be done. We combine:
Soft tissue work Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) McKenzie Method principles SFMA-based assessment Strength training and progressive rehab Patients are active participants in their care.
