Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Chiropractic Physician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert musculoskeletal care, focusing on diagnosing and treating conditions related to the spine, joints, and muscles. Your expertise will help patients achieve optimal health through evidence-based chiropractic practices, manual therapies, and personalized treatment plans. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and biomechanical evaluations, to identify musculoskeletal issues. Utilize chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies to alleviate acute and chronic pain. Develop individualized care plans incorporating physical assessments, medical imaging results, and patient history to promote recovery and functional improvement. Manage patient treatment sessions with a focus on evidence-based practices for musculoskeletal diagnostics and rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress through ongoing observation, documentation in EMR/EHR systems, and adjusting treatment approaches accordingly. Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, injury prevention, and self-care strategies to support long-term health goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care, ensuring clear communication of diagnosis and treatment plans. Experience Proven experience in primary care or occupational health settings with a focus on musculoskeletal system disorders. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and biomechanics relevant to chiropractic practice. Hands-on experience with physical assessments, physical examinations, and musculoskeletal diagnostics. Demonstrated expertise in pain medicine, manual therapy techniques including trigger point therapy, and patient rehabilitation programs. Familiarity with healthcare diagnosis procedures and medical imaging interpretation is preferred. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
