Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with intake procedures, including gathering medical histories and explaining treatment processes. Support chiropractors during adjustments by preparing treatment rooms and assisting with patient positioning. Manage patient records using medical software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of health information. Conduct basic assessments of patient physiology to help inform treatment plans. Setting up and monitoring therapy Setting up patients for electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) Cleaning and sanitizing treatment areas and equipment General office cleaning and organization Assist with scheduling and adminstrative duties. Assist with office marketing and promotional activities Communicate effectively with clients and their families to address questions about treatments, procedures, or scheduling needs.
