We are seeking a high-caliber Doctor of Chiropractic who is interested in building or expanding a practice within a collaborative, referral-driven environment. This opportunity is designed for chiropractors who value clinical autonomy, entrepreneurial growth, and long-term earning potential —without the burden of running a clinic alone. The Opportunity This is not an associate role with rigid structures. You will have the freedom to shape your own practice , set your fees, and determine your clinical approach—while leveraging an established patient base and full operational support. Whether you are an experienced chiropractor bringing an existing following or a newer graduate looking for a high-growth environment with mentorship available, this role provides a clear path to building a sustainable, high-performing practice. • Professional, respectful environment designed for independent clinicians Compensation & Growth Independent contractor (% of gross collections) Estimated earnings: $6,000
• $10,000+ per month depending on schedule and caseload Flexible ramp-up period with strong internal marketing and patient flow This role is best suited for providers who understand that building a patient panel takes intention , but want to do so within a system that significantly accelerates growth compared to starting independently.

Clinical Responsibilities Deliver high-quality chiropractic care based on your clinical training and philosophy Develop individualized, outcome-focused treatment plans Build and maintain your own patient relationships and caseload Collaborate with other providers when appropriate Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Ideal Candidate Doctor of Chiropractic licensed (or eligible) in Oregon Values independence, accountability, and long-term practice growth Strong communicator with a patient-centered approach Insurance credentialing (in-network status) is a significant plus Open to either building from a referral base or bringing an existing patient panel Location & Environment Our clinic is centrally located near I-205 and Hwy 212, serving patients from Clackamas, Happy Valley, Gladstone, Milwaukie, Oregon City, West Linn, Damascus, and SE Portland.
