Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of musculoskeletal health, biomechanics, and patient-centered care. As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for patient examinations, report of findings, developing individualized treatment plans, and promoting overall wellness through evidence-based practices. You will need to have experience in functional medicine and/or NRT (AK/manual muscle testing). A key component to the chiropractic responsibilities is supporting and developing the nutrition component of the practice. Your expertise will contribute to improving patients' quality of life by alleviating pain and enhancing mobility in a compassionate, professional environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and biomechanical evaluations, to identify musculoskeletal issues. Conduct nutrition patient assessments with and without lab work. Make treatment plan recommendations and manage patient care. Develop and implement personalized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based modalities. Manage acute pain conditions and assist patients in pain management strategies through appropriate interventions. Perform physical assessments and utilize medical imaging results to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures related to the musculoskeletal system. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure optimal outcomes. Stay current with advancements in chiropractic care, anatomy knowledge, physiology, and medical terminology to uphold best practices in primary care and occupational health settings. Qualifications Valid chiropractic license with certification to practice within the relevant jurisdiction. Experience in one or more of the following: functional medicine, AK, NRT or manual muscle testing. Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and musculoskeletal diagnostics. Proven experience in patient observation, physical examinations, and musculoskeletal system assessment. Proficiency in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and pain medicine. Strong understanding of healthcare diagnosis procedures and client communication skills. Experience with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities. Ability to interpret medical imaging results and incorporate findings into treatment planning. Knowledge of pain management strategies and patient rehabilitation techniques. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in developing care plans tailored to individual needs. $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
