Job Description
As an Associate Chiropractor at Backcountry Spine and Sport, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions while delivering efficient, patient-centered care in a busy clinical setting. Our continued growth has created the need for a fourth doctor, providing the opportunity to step into an established practice with strong patient demand and immediate growth potential. We do not follow one-size-fits-all treatment plans or rigid visit schedules. Instead, we emphasize individualized care based on clinical findings, patient goals, and functional outcomes—more aligned with a modern orthopedic or musculoskeletal model than a traditional high-volume chiropractic approach. You will be expected to build trust with patients, communicate recommendations clearly, adapt to different case presentations, and know when co-management or referral is in the patient's best interest.
