We are looking for a proactive, service-minded, and goal-oriented Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our office. Position Summary This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, clinic flow, patient retention, and office growth. The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness. You will help guide patients through their care journey while supporting front office operations, wellness education, membership growth, and community outreach. This is a Hybrid position and you will be cross trained to support the Nervous system Technician, this will allow you to have a hands on role in the healing of each patient by performing modalities under the Dr. Supervision. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional, and cheerful attitude Create a positive first impression and provide office tours for new patients Manage patient flow and maintain an organized front office environment Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions Present and explain wellness plans and membership packages confidently Support office sales and membership goals through patient education and relationship building Help keep patients accountable to their care recommendations Assist in teaching patients office protocols and homecare recommendations Assist the Dr. in specific modalities Assist the Dr with patient care as necessary Maintain accurate patient records using EHR software Re-engage inactive patients and assist with patient retention efforts Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach Engage with patients and help lead weekly workout classes Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Work collaboratively with chiropractors and team members to create an outstanding patient experience Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Spanish speaking is a plus (not required) Minimum 3 year of customer service or sales experience preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills Positive attitude with strong situational awareness Comfortable in a goal-driven environment Office management or marketing experience is a plus Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds Schedule Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week Monday / Wednesday /
