Job Description

Job Summary Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated chiropractor to join our growing, multidisciplinary team focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Our clinic provides a full spectrum of chiropractic, soft tissue, and rehabilitation services in a collaborative, team-based environment. With strong community relationships and integrated referral networks, we offer a steady flow of new and returning patients. Hours of Operation:
Full time position with hours of operation: Monday
  • Friday Compensation:
    Position offers a base salary plus incentives. Starting salary will be based on experience. Expected starting position will offer a $70,000
  • $85,000/year salary, with the ability to have the financial position grow to $115,000+ base salary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communication and patient education is one of the most important aspects we look for and want in this position. Candidate must have knowledge on chiropractic procedures and treatment along with active and passive rehabilitation protocols to direct the patient(s) through the appropriate treatment plan Candidate must be able to produce appropriate treatment plan(s) based on patient needs Perform appropriate musculoskeletal and neurological evaluations Complete and maintain patient records/notes that follow current recommended guidelines and compliance procedures through state and federal agencies Ability to consult, recognize, and refer patient(s) to the appropriate health care practitioner if/when needed Marketing on a consistent basis throughout the community and referring partners
Competency:
Candidates must perform patient care to what is required as a chiropractor morally and ethically Candidate that is going to learn fast, grow with the practice, and then eventually lead the practice as a manager/clinic supervisor
Education/Experience:
Certification(s) and/or Degree(s) associated with job title
  • Texas State Chiropractic License
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
Work Location/Environment:
We have multiple locations throughout Collin County and will look to put someone where their strengths make them the best fit.
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to adjust and manually treat patients on a daily basis, based on a high volume practice
  • Perform and demonstrate passive therapies with confidence and knowledge

  • Manage and lead a team in regards to business practices and therapy
