Clinical Treatment Consultant / Director of Patient Care Bilingual Chiropractor (DC) or RN Houston, TX | Full-Time | 4.5-Day Workweek $70,000-$80,000 Base Salary + Performance Compensation High performers have the opportunity to earn an additional $40,000-$80,000+ annually. Campbell Health Center is a busy, fast-growing multidisciplinary regenerative practice in Houston focused on helping patients with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We invest heavily in marketing and patient acquisition, which means we stay BUSY. This is not a slow-paced clinic where you wait for patients to walk through the door. We maintain a robust marketing budget and consistently generate new patient opportunities. We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Treatment Consultant / Director of Patient Care who thrives in that environment. This position combines patient education, clinical knowledge, treatment-plan presentation, high-ticket sales, and patient-care oversight. This Is a High-Ticket Sales-Driven Clinical Role Clinical knowledge is important, but strong sales and communication skills are essential for this position.
You must be comfortable:
- Building trust and rapport quickly with patients
- Explaining musculoskeletal conditions in simple, understandable terms
- Educating patients about their treatment options
- Presenting comprehensive treatment plans
- Working in a high-ticket sales environment
- Discussing pricing and payment options confidently
- Handling questions and objections effectively
- Asking patients to make a decision about moving forward
- Following up with patients who have not yet committed to treatment
- Working toward measurable performance and conversion goals We believe excellent healthcare and excellent communication go hand in hand.
We are looking for someone who can help patients understand the value of the care being recommended and confidently guide them through the decision-making process. If you are uncomfortable with high-ticket sales, performance goals, or asking patients to commit to a treatment plan, this position will not be a good fit. Bilingual English/Spanish Is a Major Plus Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. We serve a large Hispanic patient population, and the ability to communicate fluently with patients in both English and Spanish is highly valuable for this position. Because this role involves building trust, explaining clinical findings, answering questions, presenting treatment recommendations, and helping patients make important decisions about their care, strong Spanish communication skills can be a significant advantage. Candidates who are fully bilingual in English and Spanish will receive strong consideration. Who We're Looking For We are open to candidates with backgrounds including: Registered Nurse (RN) Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Your exact clinical responsibilities will depend upon your professional license and scope of practice. More important than the letters after your name is your ability to communicate, lead, educate, sell, and work as part of a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate:
- Has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Has a strong high-ticket sales mindset
- Is comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Can manage a consistently high volume of patient interactions
- Is highly organized and able to move efficiently throughout the day
- Is energetic, confident, positive, and personable
- Is a genuine team player

- Takes ownership and follows through
- Is coachable and receptive to feedback
- Understands that patient experience is everyone's responsibility
- Is comfortable being measured against clearly defined performance expectations
- Enjoys working in a growing, performance-oriented organization
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus For Chiropractor Applicants This is NOT a chiropractic adjusting position.
Our chiropractors do not spend their day performing traditional chiropractic adjustments. The position is centered around patient consultation, musculoskeletal evaluation, patient education, treatment-plan presentation, high-ticket sales, case acceptance, and oversight of patient care. If your primary interest is performing chiropractic adjustments throughout the day, this is probably not the right position. If you are a chiropractor who excels at consultation, communication, leadership, and sales, we would like to hear from you. Multidisciplinary Environment You will work closely with other healthcare professionals and team members in a multidisciplinary setting. We value providers who respect the expertise of other disciplines and understand that great patient care requires communication, collaboration, and teamwork. There are no egos here. Everyone contributes to the patient's experience and the success of the organization. Social Media & Community Presence We maintain an active marketing and social media presence. You must be comfortable appearing in educational videos, social media content, patient-education materials, and other clinic marketing content as part of your role. You do not need to be a social media influencer, but you should be comfortable speaking confidently and professionally on camera. Schedule & Quality of Life We believe healthcare professionals can have an excellent career without sacrificing their personal lives. Our standard schedule is approximately 4.5 days per week. There are rarely evening, weekend, or on-call responsibilities. Unlike many hospital and healthcare positions, you can generally leave work at the end of the day and enjoy your evenings and weekends.

If you thrive on momentum, enjoy working with people, have a talent for high-ticket sales, and want your compensation to reflect your performance, you may be an excellent fit. Apply If This Sounds Like You We would especially like to meet you if you can say: "I love healthcare, I love working with patients, I thrive in a busy environment, I'm confident in high-ticket sales, and I want to be rewarded for my performance." If you're also bilingual in English and Spanish, we especially want to hear from you. If that describes you, we encourage you to apply.
