The Opportunity Are you a high-energy connector with a passion for healthcare and relationship-building? We are looking for a dynamic Chiropractic Assistant & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role bridges hands-on clinical support with external B2B sales. You will keep our clinic running smoothly while serving as the face of Peak Chiropractic across the Greater Houston area—building high-trust, mutually beneficial partnerships with personal injury law firms. Key Responsibilities 1. Legal Outreach & Community Marketing (50%)
Relationship Building:
Target, connect with, and build lasting relationships with PI attorneys, paralegals, and case managers across Greater Houston.
Field Engagement:
Host lunch-and-learns, conduct firm visits, and attend legal association events to educate law firms on our fast record turnarounds and top-tier patient care.
Sales Tracking & ROI:
Maintain accurate CRM records, track referral pipelines, and optimize outreach strategies to consistently hit monthly growth goals.
Digital & Local Brand Awareness:
Support local health fairs and leverage social media (like Instagram) to highlight field visits and strengthen our brand presence. 2. Clinical & Patient Care Support (50%)
Patient Intake & Prep:
Welcome patients, gather medical histories, record vital signs, explain procedures, and prepare treatment rooms.
Clinical Flow & Admin:
Assist chiropractors during therapies, manage scheduling/follow-ups, and order diagnostic referrals (MRIs, X-Rays).
Records & Compliance:
Ensure prompt, accurate EHR documentation and prepare medical records for legal partners in full compliance with HIPAA standards.
Clinic Operations:
Maintain therapy equipment, ensure sanitized environments between patients, and educate patients on their custom care plans.
What You Bring Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Networking & Personality:
A natural "people person" with high social perceptiveness, effortless conversational skills, and a "build it better" ownership mindset.
Healthcare Experience:
Prior experience in a medical office (chiropractic, PT, or urgent care preferred) with solid grounding in medical terminology and EHR systems. B2B /
Legal Familiarity:
Understanding of the Texas Personal Injury landscape and B2B sales principles.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with cloud platforms (Google Workspace, CRM tools, EHR systems) and social media.
Mobility:
Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license for daily travel across the metro area. Preferred Qualifications An existing network within Houston personal injury law firms. An active, professional social media presence (e.g., Instagram) suitable for digital networking. CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
