Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$80,000-$90,000 annually Bi-weekly Performance-based bonus opportunities Top-performing DCs can earn $91K-$106K+ Company-paid malpractice insurance Health insurance options PTO accrual Paid Holidays 401(k) Leadership and professional growth opportunities What You'll Do Provide high-quality, efficient chiropractic care in a welcoming, fast-paced environment Evaluate patients and confidently recommend the care you believe will best support their goals Educate patients on the importance of consistency, wellness, and following their recommended care plan Build trust and meaningful relationships with patients Help patients move from a single visit to becoming committed, long-term members of their wellness journey Partner with the Wellness Coordinator to create a seamless patient experience from check-in through ongoing care Contribute to clinic growth by building strong patient relationships, generating referrals, and supporting new patient conversion and Active Member growth Maintain accurate documentation and timely charting Mentor and support other doctors when applicable Help create a positive, energetic clinic culture centered around patient care, teamwork, and accountability What We're Looking For Active Texas Chiropractic License Strong manual adjusting skills ( Diversified required; Thompson/Activator helpful ) Experience in high-volume chiropractic care preferred A doctor who is confident in their clinical recommendations and comfortable asking patients to commit to the care they need Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong patient education skills and the ability to explain the "why" behind a care plan A genuine belief in wellness and consistent chiropractic care Proven ability to connect with a wide range of patients and build trust quickly Growth-minded, coachable, and willing to work within an established system Comfortable working alongside a front desk team to support the overall patient experience The Doctor We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who simply adjusts well and moves on to the next patient.
