Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, driven Associate Chiropractor to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of helping individuals and families experience greater health through chiropractic care and healthy lifestyle principles. This position is ideal for a chiropractor who believes healthcare should be about more than simply managing symptoms. We are looking for someone who wants to identify the underlying cause of dysfunction, provide high-quality corrective chiropractic care, educate patients, and empower families to take an active role in their health. Our office has a strong focus on corrective care, family wellness, pediatric care, and prenatal chiropractic . Experience in these areas is welcomed but not required—we are looking for someone who is humble, coachable, motivated to grow, and excited to be trained in our systems and approach to care. Above all, we want someone who genuinely loves people. Our patients are not numbers or appointments on a schedule. We want every person who walks through our doors to feel known, cared for, encouraged, and confident that our team is committed to helping them reach their health goals. What You'll Do Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments consistent with our corrective care approach. Perform comprehensive consultations, examinations, posture assessments, and neurological and orthopedic evaluations. Analyze and mark digital X-rays to identify structural abnormalities and help develop appropriate recommendations for care. Develop individualized corrective chiropractic care plans based on examination and X-ray findings. Clearly educate patients on their findings, recommendations, and the importance of consistency throughout their care. Provide chiropractic care for individuals and families across all stages of life, including pediatric and prenatal patients. Track patient progress and perform appropriate re-examinations throughout care. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Build meaningful relationships with patients and celebrate their progress. Lead health and wellness workshops that educate and empower our patients and community. Participate in educational and social media content to help spread our message beyond the walls of the office. Work closely with the entire team to create an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone enters our office. Continually develop your clinical, communication, leadership, and chiropractic skills. Who We're Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Licensed or eligible for chiropractic licensure in Texas. Passionate about chiropractic and helping people achieve greater health. Interested in corrective chiropractic, family wellness, pediatric, and prenatal care. Strong communicator who enjoys educating and connecting with patients. Comfortable speaking in front of groups or willing to develop this skill. Coachable and hungry to grow personally, professionally, and clinically. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed. Dependable, organized, and committed to excellence. Able to receive feedback and continuously improve. Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done. Most importantly, someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to serve. Our Culture We believe the strength of our practice starts with the strength of our team. We work hard, hold ourselves to a high standard, support one another, and have fun while doing it. We believe in taking ownership, communicating openly, continuing to grow, and always looking for ways to better serve our patients. We aren't looking for someone who simply wants to clock in, adjust patients, and go home. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with a team, become a better chiropractor and leader, make a meaningful impact in our community, and help us build something special. If you're looking for an environment where you can be mentored, develop your skills, serve families, and grow alongside a team that genuinely cares about its patients and each other, we'd love to meet you.
