About Shou Ren Zhai Shou Ren Zhai Health & Wellness Center is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wellness center in Katy, TX, serving families across Greater Houston. With 10+ years of TCM experience, we provide gentle, whole-body care across prenatal support, postpartum recovery, pediatric tuina, and pain relief, with consultations in both Mandarin and English. Our approach is root-cause and integrative — combining traditional TCM principles with modern supportive modalities, always with a focus on safe, non-invasive, personalized care. The Opportunity We're looking for a Licensed Chiropractor who wants more than just a job — we're looking for a long-term partner to grow with us. As demand for our services expands, we're building out our chiropractic offering, and we want someone open-minded, collaborative, and excited to help shape what comes next. We're growth-minded and building toward a larger vision, and the right person will have a real opportunity to grow with the practice, build their own patient following, and play a meaningful role in our future. We're flexible on structure — both W-2 (employee) and 1099 (independent contractor) arrangements are open to discussion based on what works best for a lasting partnership. Hours are flexible to start, with room to grow into a deeper, ongoing role as we expand together. Who We're Looking For Active Chiropractor license (D.C.) in good standing in the State of Texas (required) Fluent English communication skills (required); bilingual English/Mandarin is a strong plus, as we serve both English- and Mandarin-speaking clients An open-minded, collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in a long-term professional relationship Strong commitment to safety, hygiene, and professional treatment protocols Compassionate, professional, patient-centered care Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow alongside the practice Nice to Have Experience with spinal manipulation, manual adjustment, and soft tissue techniques Experience with prenatal, postpartum, or pediatric chiropractic care Experience treating chronic and musculoskeletal pain Familiarity with complementary TCM modalities (cupping, gua sha, tuina) What You'll Do Conduct thorough consultations and assessments to develop personalized, root-cause treatment plans Provide chiropractic adjustments and related care within your scope of practice Support our core areas — pain relief and women's wellness (prenatal/postpartum) — alongside our existing bodywork team Educate clients on treatment plans, lifestyle, and post-care Maintain accurate, professional patient records Collaborate with our team to deliver integrated, whole-body care, communicating honestly and within scope (we focus on wellness and support, without promising cures) What We Offer A genuine long-term partnership with real room to grow as we expand An established practice with a loyal local client base and growing demand The opportunity to build your own patient following and help shape a growing wellness brand Flexible scheduling and a choice of W-2 or 1099 arrangement A warm, collaborative, professionally grounded environment (our founding team includes advanced TCM academic training)
