Responsibilities Support chiropractors during patient assessments, ensuring smooth and efficient appointments Prepare treatment rooms with necessary equipment and maintain cleanliness standards Assist with patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and explaining treatment plans Utilize medical software to document patient information accurately and securely Manage telehealth platforms for remote consultations and follow-up appointments Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing questions about anatomy, physiology, or treatment processes Qualifications Prior experience working with medical software systems and telehealth platforms preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment techniques Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient service Ability to handle intake procedures efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing compassionate support that empowers patients on their journey to wellness.
