Flexible, based on coverage needs About the Position We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused Temporary Fill-In Chiropractor to provide coverage at our chiropractic offices in Mansfield, Midlothian, and Red Oak, Texas . This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor who enjoys working with patients, values quality care, and is comfortable practicing in different clinic locations as needed. The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, and committed to providing a positive patient experience while maintaining excellent clinical standards. Responsibilities Provide chiropractic care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards. Perform patient evaluations, examinations, and chiropractic adjustments. Develop and communicate appropriate treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness, and injury prevention. Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered environment. Provide temporary coverage at our Mansfield, Midlothian, and/or Red Oak locations as needed. Qualifications Current Texas Doctor of Chiropractic license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited chiropractic college. Strong clinical and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and patient-focused. Comfortable working independently and adapting to different clinic environments. Willingness to travel between Mansfield, Midlothian, and Red Oak locations when coverage is needed. New graduates and experienced chiropractors are welcome to apply. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who can step in confidently and provide excellent patient care with minimal disruption to our regular operations. Flexibility and reliability are especially important, as coverage needs may vary by location and schedule. Our clinic accepts most insurance plans, auto accident (Personal Injury) cases, Medicare and VA patients. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations, X-rays in-office (as needed) and patient assessments to determine the appropriate chiropractic treatment. Develop and implement personalized care plans that address acute pain management and promote long-term health. Utilize various techniques such as trigger point therapy and pain management strategies to alleviate patient discomfort. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on lifestyle choices, rehabilitation exercises, and preventive measures to enhance their overall well-being. Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic techniques and occupational health practices. Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state license to practice chiropractic care. Ability to work independently and possess strong knowledge of medical terminology. Experience taking X-rays and performing physical examinations is preferred. Excellent patient communication skills with a focus on patient care and education. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and attend networking events. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
