We are looking for a positive, motivated, and growth-minded Associate Chiropractor to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and we welcome applications from experienced chiropractors as well as new graduates who are licensed or currently awaiting Texas licensure. We have built a busy practice with a diverse patient population and a wide range of treatment options. What You'll Do
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and patient treatment
• Perform comprehensive new-patient examinations
• Take and evaluate X-rays as appropriate
• Develop and communicate individualized treatment recommendations
• Perform re-examinations and monitor patient progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients about their condition, treatment, and long-term health
• Participate in community events and outreach
• Participate in social media and practice marketing
• Appear in educational and promotional video content when appropriate

We want our patients to understand what is happening with their bodies, why we are recommending a particular course of care, and what they can do to improve their health and function. Our goal is to build enough trust with our patients that they view our office as a trusted first resource when they experience pain, decreased mobility, or loss of physical function. Mentorship That Goes Beyond Adjusting One of the biggest advantages of this position is the opportunity to receive hands-on mentorship in a busy, established practice environment. We don't expect a new associate to walk through the door knowing everything. Our goal is to help the right doctor develop the clinical judgment, communication skills, confidence, and treatment knowledge necessary to become an exceptional chiropractor. Mentorship will include understanding how to appropriately manage patients through different phases of chiropractic care, including acute care, corrective care, and maintenance/wellness care. The associate will also learn how and when different therapies may appropriately complement chiropractic care based on the individual patient's condition and clinical needs.

• Rehabilitation and other supportive therapies We want our doctors to understand not simply how to use these therapies, but when, why, and for whom they should be considered.

Community & Social Media We believe the modern chiropractor should be comfortable building relationships both inside and outside of the office. Our associate should be willing to participate in community events, develop local relationships, and help educate the community about chiropractic care. The doctor should also be comfortable participating in our social media presence. This may include educational videos, treatment demonstrations, patient-education content, community content, and other practice marketing. Previous social media experience is a plus, but not required. Being comfortable on camera, willing to participate, and willing to learn is more important. Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic program
• Licensed to practice chiropractic in Texas or currently awaiting Texas licensure as a new graduate
