About Empowered Chiropractic + Massage Empowered Chiropractic + Massage is a family-centered chiropractic practice dedicated to supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, infancy, childhood, and beyond. We provide gentle, evidence-informed chiropractic care with an emphasis on helping patients move, function, and feel their best through every stage of life. Our practice specializes in caring for pregnant patients, infants, children, and families using Thompson, Diversified, SOT and a variety of other techniques including the Webster Technique. As an active member of the San Antonio birth community, we work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to support families throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding journeys, infant development, and overall wellness. We're looking for a compassionate, motivated chiropractor who is passionate about serving families and excited to grow within a collaborative, patient-centered practice. This role will work out of both our office inside the thriving San Antonio Birth Center and the other at a popular small business hub with quality coffee, snacks and family-friendly activities. Position Summary As an Associate Chiropractor, you will provide high-quality chiropractic care while helping create an exceptional patient experience. You'll work closely with our team to educate patients, build lasting relationships, participate in community outreach, and contribute to the continued growth of our practice. Qualifications:
Required Active Texas Doctor of Chiropractic license or eligibility for Texas licensure before employment Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance Webster Certification (or completion before employment begins) Ability to work at both practice locations on a consistent weekly schedule Preferred One or more years of clinical practice experience Advanced training through the ICPA or similar pediatric/perinatal chiropractic education Experience caring for prenatal and pediatric patients
Responsibilities:
Patient Care Provide chiropractic evaluations and adjustments for approximately 16-32 patients per day Perform soft tissue therapies and supportive modalities as clinically appropriate and within scope of practice Educate patients on their care plans, wellness goals, and home recommendations Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation Communicate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals as appropriate to support coordinated patient care Practice Operations Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and shared clinical spaces Assist in creating an exceptional patient experience from arrival through follow-up Work out of both practice locations according to an established alternating schedule schedule Community Engagement Represent the practice professionally through community events and educational outreach Participate in practice-sponsored events, including the annual Latch On San Antonio event Contribute to practice marketing efforts, including appearing in educational or promotional social media content on a weekly basis
