Chiropractor Assistant

Overview Parker Health and Chiropractic is seeking a highly motivated and organized Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our fast-paced, purpose-driven office. This role is essential to both patient experience and daily operations. You will be a key part of our team, helping create a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment while supporting the doctors and staff. We are looking for someone who wants to grow, lead, and make an impact in people's lives through chiropractic care. Responsibilities 1 Greet patients and manage office flow 2 Answer and screen incoming calls 3 Maintain professionalism and compassion with patients 4 Manage office finances and organize monthly receipts 5 Assist with billing, reporting, and office metrics 6 Coordinate weekly and monthly reports 7 Order and maintain office supplies and inventory 8 Utilize ChiroTouch for patient management 9 Maintain accurate records and documentation 10 Support personal injury case management 11 Assist doctors and team members as needed 12 Maintain a positive and efficient work environment

Pay:

$13.00 - $20.00 per hour
