About Us NOVA Spine & Knee Center is a specialty, non-surgical clinic in Annandale, VA, dedicated to helping patients avoid unnecessary surgery and reclaim their quality of life through advanced, evidence-based conservative care. We combine chiropractic expertise, spinal and knee decompression therapy, and a patient-first philosophy to deliver real, measurable results. Our team is mission-driven, compassionate, and committed to treating every patient like family. The Opportunity We're looking for a licensed Chiropractor who is passionate about non-surgical spine and joint care and wants to be part of a growing, patient-centered practice. You'll work alongside a collaborative clinical and administrative team, using state-of-the-art decompression technology and proven treatment protocols to help patients find lasting relief. What You'll Do Perform patient evaluations, chiropractic adjustments, and individualized treatment planning Administer and oversee spinal and knee decompression therapy protocols Conduct thorough contraindication screenings and maintain accurate clinical documentation Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, and expected outcomes Collaborate with front office, care coordinators, and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience Participate in ongoing case reviews and quality-of-care initiatives Uphold NOVA's standards of compassionate, ethical, and results-driven patient care What We're Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted Virginia chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain one) Experience with spinal/knee decompression therapy preferred, but not required — we provide training Strong communication skills, including comfort working with a diverse patient population Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required A genuine passion for patient care and non-surgical treatment philosophies Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and reliability Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Compensation is structured as a percentage of collections generated from the Doctor of Chiropractic's patient visits, paid on a weekly basis. Exact percentage and terms are outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement provided during the offer process.
