Chiropractor (DC) — Full-Time, NOVA Spine & Knee Center | Annandale, Virginia NOVA Spine & Knee Center (operating as Optimum Chiropractic & Health Center, LLC) is a non-surgical chiropractic and specialty clinic in Annandale, VA, led by Dr. Reza Nikpour. We're seeking a full-time, W-2 Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing practice and provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Details Full-Time, 40 hours per week, consistent with clinic operating hours, including one (1) required Saturday per month Reports to Dr. Reza Nikpour, Owner About Us We offer non-surgical treatment for spine and joint conditions, combining chiropractic care with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach. Our team is focused on patient outcomes and building long-term relationships with the community we serve. Responsibilities Perform chiropractic evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with spine, joint, and musculoskeletal conditions Deliver adjustments and other chiropractic techniques tailored to individual patient needs Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and records Collaborate with other providers and staff on integrated patient care Educate patients on treatment plans, home care, and preventive strategies Ensure compliance with Virginia chiropractic licensing regulations and clinic policies Compensation Base pay: $45.00/hour Tiered production bonus based on patient services revenue generated Benefits (subject to eligibility waiting periods) Medical, vision, and dental insurance Retirement plan Paid Time Off Continuing education support may be available for approved seminars/training Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted license to practice chiropractic in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain one), issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience with EHR/documentation systems preferred Conditions of Employment Offer contingent on background check, license verification, I-9 work eligibility verification, and completion of NOVA's onboarding/HIPAA training.

Pay:

$30.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
