Part-Time Chiropractor → Growth Track to Full-Time | South Riding / Chantilly, VA We are a fast-growing, patient-centered chiropractic clinic in South Riding/Chantilly seeking a motivated Doctor of Chiropractic who wants more than just a job—you're looking to grow a patient base, expand your skillset, and step into a long-term role . This position starts part-time (Friday/Saturday + optional weekday), but is designed for a doctor who wants to build toward a full-time schedule as volume increases. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of patient care, contribute to growth, and be part of a clinic that values quality over high-volume care. Our clinic is fully equipped with advanced therapies including spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, and AllCore 360 core training , allowing you to deliver comprehensive, results-driven care. We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience who is confident clinically, motivated to grow, and excited about developing long-term patient relationships. What You'll Do Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and individualized patient care Perform thorough exams, re-exams, and functional assessments Create and manage personalized treatment plans focused on outcomes Integrate therapies such as decompression, laser, and rehab into care plans Educate patients on movement, lifestyle, and long-term health strategies Actively participate in growing and retaining your patient base Maintain accurate, compliant documentation What We're Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) with an active Virginia license 2+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills Interest or background in sports medicine, rehab, or chiropractic orthopedics (a plus) A growth mindset—someone who wants to build, not just maintain Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Growth Opportunity This is not just a coverage position.
