$100,000 + $20,000+ Potential Commissions Job Description & Requirements A well-established chiropractic practice in Fairfax, VA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a $100,000 base salary , with the potential to earn $20,000+ in additional commissions . The associate will work a unique Monday-Thursday schedule , providing three full days plus one afternoon shift and enjoying a three-day weekend every week :

3-Day Weekend The role includes approximately 18-21 adjusting hours per week , with additional shifts available for associates interested in increasing their earning potential through care plan presentations and commissions. Key Responsibilities Providing chiropractic adjustments in a high-volume environment Following established patient care plans Utilizing spinal decompression and rehabilitation services Participating in care plan presentations and patient education Taking ownership of the associate role while following established systems and protocols Participating in ongoing team training and professional development The practice provides biweekly training, weekly two-hour team training, paid CEUs, and paid team travel for continued professional development. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and comfortable with high-volume adjusting . They should be able to follow established systems, communicate confidently with patients, and take ownership of their role within a structured practice environment. Students and newer chiropractors are welcome to be considered for the opportunity. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Virginia chiropractic license .
