Job Description

Hill City Health & Wellness (of Hill City Chiropractic) is a boutique of allied health providers who are owner-operators of their small businesses in Lynchburg, VA. No franchises. This is a private-office cooperation, not a W-2 job nor a percentage split.
The space:
145 sq ft, available now at 2050 Langhorne Rd STE 202, Lynchburg, VA 24501. Dues are $1,080/month. Utilities and Wi-Fi included. Website listing included. You set hours, fees, and payer mix. You keep 100% of collections.
You:
Virginia-licensed DC building a pediatric, pregnancy, and family practice. Existing book is a plus; fresh starts welcome. You provide your own entity, own billing, and malpractice $1M / $3M. Not employment. The suite owner is a DC next door, not your employer or supervisor but a consultant, as needed.
