$90,000 (salary negotiable based on experience) Job Description & Requirements We are a well-established chiropractic practice in Tacoma, WA, and we're excited to welcome an Associate Chiropractor to our care family. This is an opportunity to provide exceptional care in a thriving community while building a long-term career within our clinic. This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 (negotiable based on experience). You'll work a flexible 4-day schedule, including full days on Monday and Friday, with rotating Saturdays (1-2 per month). The role averages 31-40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 100-200 visits weekly and 5-10 minutes spent per patient.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing patient consultations and examinations Taking and reviewing X-rays (as needed) Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations Presenting financial plans and closing care plans Providing chiropractic adjustments using manual, Activator, drop, instrument, and Webster techniques Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care Delivering exercise instruction and wellness education Participating in internal workshops, referrals, and external marketing efforts

Self-motivated and enthusiastic Strong interest in growing and building your own patient base Comfortable with external marketing, networking, and community outreach Confident in self-promotion and patient attraction strategies Motivated by production, patient care delivery, and performance-based growth We operate within a shared-patient model and are looking for a chiropractor who is both a dedicated caregiver and a growth-minded professional. This role offers the opportunity to develop within the clinic and potentially step into a leadership position over time. Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Washington chiropractic license.
