Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, reliable Chiropractor Assistant to support our chiropractic team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will schedule patients, support treatment plans, and ensure smooth clinic operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare, physiology, and pain management to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic clinical environment. Responsibilities Observe and monitor patients during therapies, noting any changes or concerns Assist chiropractors with patient assessments Support the care plans tailored to individual patient needs Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for procedures, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications Manage patient documentation accurately, including medical history and progress notes Support acute pain management strategies and trigger point therapy sessions under supervision Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging relevant to chiropractic care Assist with knowledge Skills Experience with patient observation, assessment and therapies Knowledge of pain management techniques including trigger point therapy and acute pain management Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members Excellent organizational skills to manage patient care plans and documentation Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient care and comfort Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to develop their healthcare skills while supporting a professional chiropractic team. Prior experience with working with billing and insurance companies is a plus
