Job Description

Primary Function:
  • Provides institutional expertise in the delivery of clinical care as it relates to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program
  • Evaluates and promotes new technologies with a focus on streamlining clinical documentation and assessment processes.
  • Participates in the development and advanced implementation support of automated clinical processes.
  • Provides at the elbow and other end user support for all end users of the EHR.
Position Details:
  • This position provides regular onsite/in-person support to Mercy Clinics in the Northwest Arkansas Community. Occasional out of town travel is required.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Associate's degree in healthcare field, specialized training or equivalent work experience with electronic health record.
Experienc e:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical or business work experience. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • The Informatics Analyst will splite their time onsite and remote
  • Preferred previous experience with Epic EHR Preferred experience with data analytics, data management associated with systems evaluation Preferred experience in medical policy documentation Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment Experience with business applications.
