Position Overview:

EMR Support will provide both direct and indirect support and training to clinicians and support staff, assist in building and integrating new features in eClinicalWorks, and serve as the primary contact for all

ROADS EHR

users. This role will lead EHR optimization efforts through continuous review, design, build, testing, and validation of the system. The position requires the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clinicians, department heads, and external consultants, demonstrating strong critical thinking and follow-through skills to develop solutions for identified issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years experience of EMR Support, with at least one (1) year of experience providing support on eCW.
• Experience with healthcare data management and analysis.
• Thorough knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate positively and effectively with others.
• Positive, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Must be proactive, self-directed, able to identify, analyze and resolve issues without relying on constant oversight.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center a plus.
• Position is in person, but will be required to drive to other ROADS locations occasionally.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in the eCW software, troubleshooting, and data analysis. Serves as the eCW "super user."
• Acts as the primary interface for eCW training, systems related issues, and upgrades/updates.
• Assists in building new and modified features in eCW and integrating upgrades when they are released.
• Ongoing review of the EHR system and workflows for optimization.
• Assists in data reporting and analysis.
• Report system-related issues, findings and recommendations to the IT Director.
• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to basic IT support.
