Overview Shift:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Join our team at the Robert Young Center as a Quality Management Clerk! In this role, you'll help support high-quality behavioral health care by ensuring medical records are accurate, complete, and reliable. Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health. Responsibilities Review electronic medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Collect, validate, and analyze clinical and statistical data for reports, graphs, and scorecards. Support process improvements and performance initiatives to enhance patient care and program effectiveness. Ensure compliance with Rule 132, HIPAA, 42 CFR, and other regulatory standards. Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED (required) Bachelors' Degree (preferred)
Experience:
Experience in quality management, resource utilization, or research. Behavioral health experience is a plus, but not required, less than 1 year is acceptable. License(s)/Certification(s): None
