Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise concrete crews on structural construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification Read and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to direct daily field activities Plan and coordinate concrete pours, formwork, reinforcing steel placement, and finishing operations Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company standards on site at all times Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project momentum Track crew productivity, material usage, and daily progress; report updates and flag issues early Mentor and develop craft workers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability on the job site Ensure all work meets quality standards and inspect completed work prior to inspection or pour
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in structural concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role Strong knowledge of formwork systems, post-tension, rebar placement, and concrete finishing techniques Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew Solid understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA requirements Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience on industrial, commercial, or heavy civil projects is a strong asset A bit about us:
