About the
Role:
Performs a variety of financial and reimbursement activities including analysis, compliance, budget and external regulatory reporting. The position develops, reviews and ensures the accuracy of analysis, reports and projects related to measuring the health system's financial and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
Perform duties to help ensure reliable and stable systems information in a stable environment. Formulate system scope and objectives. Teams IT with Reimbursement in analyzing system performance and functionality. Leads in the formulation of tests scripts/plans. Executes test scripts/plans with clearly documented outcomes. Demonstrates ability to interpret and advise outcomes. Run HPM data and other BI Tools Monthly Reporting - Reven. Assists in monthly compliance calculation. Maintains the development and support of data extractions for internal and external use and analytics for sound decision-making, in order to manage reimbursement under the current HSCRC methodology. Produce RUGS reports and aid in SNF Reimbursement analysis. Work on Post Acute Readmissions for inclusion in monthly stat packages. Validates and produces SNF CMI report. Responsibility for Snapshot data base and related reports, reconciliations, analysis, including HSCRC tape reconciliations, Coding Audit documentation and product line analysis. Responsible for Denial Reporting. Responsible for Government Audit Reporting. Assist in the monthly financial statement variance analysis, providing detail information of rate and volume data. Develop tools/dashboards to report on a daily/weekly basis, key indicators for global budget. Redefine the way Reimbursement gathers and manipulates data, replicating services that are currently developed and provided by External Consultants. Develop reports using appropriate tools to manage large amounts of data to conduct analysis. Recommends best platform and programming language/toolset for projects.
Cross training:
Provide training to current staffing on Microsoft Office at an expert level. Provide training to current staffing on Microsoft Office at an expert level. Educate staff on how to use relational databases such as Access. Work with the CDM team and the Compliance Audit team to improve efficiency.

$29.86 to $44.79
